I'm Katsaros Ioannis Dimitrios, a senior .NET developer in Athens, Greece. I've been building software professionally for four years, mostly minimal APIs, and I code and game pretty much every day. Deployments & Dragons is where those two habits meet.

Practical tutorials on .NET, APIs, MCP and deployments, for developers who know the basics and want something that actually runs. Each one is built the same way:
- Versions are pinned at the top, for .NET and every package.
- The code builds and runs before the article goes out, and each tutorial links its sample repo at a tag, so the code you clone matches the article you read.
- The gotchas are bugs I actually hit, and how I fixed them.
- A little fantasy flavor, but never in place of an explanation.
What I'm building
Right now that's clank, a home automation AI agent orchestrator that talks to microservices through MCP. It's .NET on the backend, React and TypeScript on the web, and Flutter on mobile.
